Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Breakfast - grits and hash. Lunch - peanut butter and jelly and a double chocolate chip cookie. Snack - small bag of peanuts. Dinner - 2 eggs with a little cheese and a bowl of cereal. Posted by Karen @ 11:09 PM. Monday, January 30, 2006. Breakfast - Grits and egg. Dinner - 2 mojo wings a few fries and 3 cocktails (this included drinks out later that eve). Lunch - 6 fried shrimp, a few okra and 1/2 baked potato with butter and sour cream, she crab soup. Dinner - taco salad.

Friday, March 31, 2006. Cooper River Bridge Run/Walk. Well, for the last few months I have been exercising and my plan was to do the Bridge run. I didn't make it to that but I will walk it. I just determined that right now my knees will not allow me to run. I am a bit dissappointed, but I will just continue to exercise and see how far i get by next year. Thursday, September 21, 2006. Hello all, I know I haven't been here in a while, but here is a little update. I've been faithful with working out. Now I am up to 5-6 days a week going to the gym. Monday, June 12, 2006. Been gone too long. Yes, I have been gone too long and haven't been doing any workouts besides mowing the lawn and cleaning the house. Yeah, I might have done some extended walking as well and a few other extracurricular activities (*smile*), but I haven't been tot he gym. TODAY IS JUDGEMENT DAY! Wednesday, December 28, 2005. Carraba's Fetticini Alfredo with sautee shrimp. A couple of pieces of there bread. 35 light beers at a bar. Lunch - 5 small chicken drummetts (only the flat part). Monday, May 22, 2006. So I haven't been to the gym in two weeks. Why? The week of May 8, I was sick, my period was on and I worked late every day. Once night I didn't leave this place until 11pm. Tuesday, April 25, 2006. So yesterday was in the upper 80s and today is going to be 90. I LOVE it when it's hot. I think my favorite temp is around 83. You can wear shorts and long pants during those conditions. Today I will work out again after work.
