Monday, June 29, 2015. True Life: We are going to a Fertility Specialist. Yesterday, the anxiety started to kick in. The appointment with the fertility specialist was finally upon us (was scheduled in May). Luckily, I was able to sleep last night. However, when I woke up this morning, I felt a little uneasy. Hello, I’m Stephanie! I’m a 28-year-old wife, sister, daughter, teacher, who is looking to lose weight and be as healthy as I can be. My journey started back in November 2013. I successfully lost 30 pounds. Then, after going on a trip to Hawaii and suffering a miscarriage, I managed to gain back 15 pounds. March 28, 2015 at 6:15 AM. Wow, can't believe it's been 2 weeks since I've posted. My trip on the struggle bus hasn't fully ended, but I feel like I'm on the uphill swing. I had a massive breakdown last weekend when I had gained 5lbs two days after a 2.5lb loss. Luckily it was mostly PMSing and retaining water, because yesterday I was down .9lbs. I am officially less than 2lbs away from hitting 20lbs gone. May 15, 2015 at 5:46 AM. Slow and steady wins the race! Youre doing so great Trista and your mind is in the right place!
