Today’s treadmill run (it’s icy out and about 10F when I left the house) was a 4.37 mile tempo run at a target pace of 12:00. I was actually below that at around 11:50 average, I ran 9 minutes and walked 1 throughout. 1% incline on the treadmill. This run/walk timing was hard, but felt good.
