I'm never sure i'm going to get to the finish when i do these huge runs, especially after my track record the past few years, but this time i felt kinda almost nearly 85% confident! Training went well, very well! I got duncan to drop water on the 5th, got up at a reasonable 6am, packed my **** and ran over to hockley and back. what could go wrong! I also did some early morning runs - love these . Where would you rather be . An hour tire pull with alice at the end of a 6 hour run .

Wednesday, January 14, 2015. This one's for trailman . Trailman complained that he was tired of looking at the same pics on my blawg - so i told him to stop looking. i don't think he was amused, so i figured i'd throw some new stuff out there. I spent christmas with the redhead and bob! We went to a movie - night at the museum 3 - and had a blast! He was 'totally' okay with that! And of course, we hit denny's - BONUS - it was a tuesday and kids eat for free! It cost less than the movies did! This is life .

Thursday, May 21, 2015. Hurray hurray it's finally may! I just felt like posting some pix! The warm weather is here - for the most part - and all the flowers are starting to pop in the forest! Not sure who did this but i LOVE it . Red trillium in hockley . Super kool cloud shot . I've been putting some great mileage in on alice, but ara doesn't seem to like her too much! Spending friday afternoons at the club boxing with darryl, fig and the guys! It was a really hot day, and everyone did well to finish!

Running slow to get far. Wind was blowing me around today and I had a blast. I listened to Storm and other fast rhythmic noise. I might not have stuck to my low heart rate, but if I don’t look I will never know. No sunrise during the whole 90 minutes, but a nice 7 Celsius. First day back “at work”.
