Aidukaitis was the General Authority that spoke to us. It was really good, he was funny and spiritual, he uplifted us and called us to repentance. It was just really neat how he chastened us but never really "chastened" us. It was good I'm still processing it all but it was good. And 2 less-active lessons and a bunch of member visits.

Friday, June 26, 2009. We celebrated Sarah's 24 th. Birthday today. I took some pictures of her at the party we had, but I left my camera at my mom's house. So this baby picture will have to do. I have good memories of Sarah growing up. She is a person who loves. And cares for all, even flys. Tv and you have to hit it hard to get the picture to work. I'm headed to Mesa East Stake and going from 4 wards to 5, and I'm still at the Visitors' Center! My new companion will be Sister Michelle Shurtz, she's from Clearfield UT. She's the sister who had a sibling pass away on her mission. I think I mentioned her before. She's a great missionary and she works hard so it will be a good transfer. Well this week was full of miracles!

Friday, February 12, 2010. Started to run a fever. He slept most of the day that day. Then on Sunday morning he acted like he was doing better. I debated on going to church, but decided that I better not take him just in case. He was contagious. Then Sunday afternoon Degan. I called and got him a 2:30 appointment. Thursday, 20 August 2015. My summer holiday 2015. To some sun-drenched beach, toes dug deep in the spotless sand? Shopping in Milan, perhaps? Sitting with a cappuccino outside in the sun. I haven't even been walking in Scotland. No, I've been to Ourgate! You know, Ourgate. Next to our house. In years gone by, Man Wonderful and I spent many happy summers, with friends too, in Carnac in France. We started going every summer from 2000. And met lots of lovely folk there too. So no summer hol away for us.

I've really enjoyed doing these Christmas blogs and I've learned a lot! I was able to learn about different Christmas craft. Including homemade gift tags. I was also able to discover three Christmas dessert recipes that I’d never heard of before: Truffle Topiary. And Macadamia Nut Fudge. I heard about Christmas luminaries. Or have mental illnesses.
