Monday, August 12, 2013. Dad has given me fresh delicious zucchini and I found this recipe on Pinterest and thought it sounded SOOOO good. I wanted to give it a try. Here is the freshly grated zucchini and red onion. Remember, recipes can be modified to what you like. In my msn art group we do a secret summer sister swap and Kris had my name again. She also had it for Xmas this past year. lol. She is always so generous and thoughtful. Her artwork is beautiful. I don't always get them in the mail but I love putting them together. Stamp is Purple Onion Designs. And owl sticker is Martha Stewart (I got a deal.
