Monday, August 12, 2013. Scottsdale Silly and Phoenix Phun. Here's some photos from our trip to Phoenix / Scottsdale. These are photos from one morning in Scottsdale Old Town. Jessica meets all types of people on the street. That Cowboy looks TOUGH! Jessica found another friend. clearly we're surrounded by interesting people to meet! Some cacti - and a pose. One day, Dad played golf - so what did me and kids do? We took a social visit to the Phoenix Children's Hospital. Doesn't Jessica look thrilled?
Schnaderbeck Family: Happy Graduation to Our Dear Friends
http://schnaderbeck.blogspot.com/2015/07/happy-graduation-to-our-dear-friends.html
Monday, July 27, 2015. Happy Graduation to Our Dear Friends. In June, we were able to celebrate graduation-transition for our friend's daughter. It will probably be similar to Alexis' graduation-transition, see when you have kids like Alexis - school can go until 22. And so for this case, our friend's daughter graduated at 18, but is going to a transition program. Dad and Alexis playing toys. Jessica resetting the rules for Limbo. Clearly Alexis was busy with her own toys. August 29, 2016 - Monday Came.
Schnaderbeck Family: Father's Day Weekend
http://schnaderbeck.blogspot.com/2012/07/fathers-day-weekend.html
Thursday, July 5, 2012. Over Father's Day Weekend, we went to East Hill Farm. It is a great family farm, I summarized it as "Dirty Dancing meets Farm". It is all inclusive - all meals included in the room rate. It was wonderful! Snacks and yummy treats the whole day (=bad for waist line). View outside our window, that's Mt Monadnock in the background. This is Jessica's favorite spot the whole weekend. She loved the swings! Alexis came to sit with Jessica. Alexis wanted to find her toy. Our blog has moved!

http://schnaderbeck.blogspot.com/2010/08/alexis-summer-fun.html
Thursday, August 12, 2010. Alexis touching Alligator at Reptile show at Kimball's Farm. Alexis smiley at Butterfly Place in Westford. Alexis is so absolutely huggable, minus the alligator that she is near. I hate reptiles. But it seems Alexis enjoyed this alligator better than the bunny. See her face below regarding bunny. That is the "I am ignoring you and you can not make me get near that fuzzy thing". Yep, Alexis gets to have all of the fun! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to the new site!

http://schnaderbeck.blogspot.com/2011/08/family-vacation-after-charge-conference.html
Friday, August 5, 2011. Family Vacation after CHARGE Conference. We've been busy :). Does that summarize everyone's summers? I know moms who have had their second babies and been better than I have about posting to their blogs. :. No excuses. We are recently back from CHARGE conference (will write another post about this one). But we took some great pictures after the conference. We went to Blizzard Beach - an awesome waterpark, but didn't take any photos with camera - too busy with the fun rides! It was...

Schnaderbeck Family: Alexis Surgery Updates
http://schnaderbeck.blogspot.com/2010/06/alexis-surgery-updates.html
Friday, June 25, 2010. Tuesday morning, Alexis embarked on her 7th surgery of her life. This surgery was scheduled to fix her heart defects. The plan was to arrive at 7:30am and go to CT at 8:30am. That plan was derailed for no known cause. Alexis entertained herself during the delay with some toys. See exhibits A and B. Just kidding, she had some assistance! Alexis stayed overnight in the ICU. We get our own private room and lots of equipment to make sure she has a restful night (and safe! We were remin...
Schnaderbeck Family: 9 Years Ago - and Some Updates
http://schnaderbeck.blogspot.com/2014/12/9-years-ago-and-some-updates.html
Monday, December 15, 2014. 9 Years Ago - and Some Updates. Nine years ago this time, I was being rushed into Boston from Lawrence General. They couldn't find Baby B's heart beat. Boston ended up diagnosing 'Baby B demise' - but they were afraid Baby A would be born as a 'result of the insult'. (Gotta love hospital speak). You can read more about Alexis' journey here: http:/ ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-1194841. I should mostly say, we've all joined the Basketball Team. We attend the games (thankfully ind...

Snippets of a Life - Blog
Snippets of a Life. Home (otherwise known as Holiday Three). Holiday Three is proving to be quite jolly so far. We're treating our local area a little like we would treat a new holiday place - pottering around the charity shops, having tea and toast in a cafe (what do you mean that's what we'd normally be doing at the weekend anyway? This morning we went to the local Country Market. Of course, as soon as we got home the sun came out again, so I gathered tea, books and blankets (not trusting those clouds ...

Moments of Our Messy Life. Friday, April 24, 2015. These days I have approximately 1 hour and 42 minutes 4 days per week when both children are in school, barring Spring Breaks, volunteering in the classroom, and illness. But who’s counting? At first I was a bit paralyzed by my unrealistic expectations of these few hours. I would make lists like:. Read book club book. Prep tomorrow’s class. And I would spend 15 minutes doing 6 things and not get anything done satisfactorily and feel like I wasted the time.
