As the Spool Turns: April 2011
http://asthespoolturns.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
As the Spool Turns. A Spin-Off of Little Oak Pattern Company. Monday, April 18, 2011. How wonderful it is to be able to work from home. I've been busy designing a project for our TopStitchers Club. It's a pin cushion and thread catcher all in one. The project features delicate machine appliqued spring flowers on a classic, machine quilted, hanging diamond background. The thread catcher is large enough to hold clippings from an entire quilt top. How do I know this? Here's a picture of a portion of the top.

http://scraphappyquilts.blogspot.com/2011/02/no-end-in-sight.html
Scrappy quilts wee and wide. Sunday, February 20, 2011. No end in sight. I spent the day today assembling 150 of these little boogers.apparently a woman my age shouldn't spend that many hours behind the wheel of a sewing machine.I am now crippled. AND after the wrastling and cursing that goes along with trying to make em all line up,I discovered I need at least 3 to 5 more rows to make this the size I want it to be. Ugh. SoI haven't heard anyone saying they still want to do a quilt along.anyone?

The meanderings of a wife, mom and quilter. Thursday, June 3, 2010. I am a child of God. I have many brothers and sisters in Christ. One of those brothers and his family are in need of prayers. A blog has been set up to keep all informed and comments support the family. Lucas' dad is posting on his daily, sometimes hourly progress. They all need our prayers.
