Wednesday, December 10, 2008. 1st ER Bill and a prayer request. Ekk That was an expensive lesson for us to learn. I will be on Mike's insurance as soon as open enrollment starts. No question. But God is Good! Medicare had not paid me for about 6 months. We have been fighting to figure out what exactly they want on the billing and we finally figured it out. They sent me a check for the past 4 months or so. It was totally God's timing because the bills for the ER visit are coming in now. My mind out loud.

Saturday, November 8, 2008. 1st trip to the ER. Well I guess it takes a kidney stone to make me post again. Thursday night I (emily) woke up with severe pain in my side. As the pain got worse I knew it was a kidney stone. Long story short, we ended up going to the ER. They confirmed that it was a kidney stone and let me know I have 6 or 7 more building up in my kidneys.yea! Loaded me up with drugs and sent me home. It's now Saturday and I am feeling much better!
