Thursday, December 24, 2009. Bringing back the Christmas Mystery. Now as adults we don’t even glance at the presents under the tree. What happened to the mystery! Well in years past I have tried to bring back the mystery by wrapping presents in boxes that were too large or putting caned goods in with the gifts just to try to throw people off and make the curiosity come back. And it has worked to a degree, but never the way I wanted it to. So this year I tried something a little different.

Thursday, December 4, 2014. November was a good month for us. This little guy keeps us quite busy. For me the two biggest things that went on this month was Young Women in Excellence and Thanksgiving. Each girl got a rose and had a little talk on how they came closer to Christ that year. It was really amazing and the testimonies that the girls gave, they are extraordinary. After that we enjoyed a nice break for a while. James turned 8 months old this month and he keeps growing and changing in fun ways.

Thursday, October 2, 2014. Another milestone is he is now eating "solids." When I say eating I mean it in the loosest sense of the word. He hates baby foods except for squash which he tolerates. What he really loves is actual solid foods. He likes orange slices, cucumbers, lettuce (yea weird), and most of all yogurt. Yep that's a chobani gogurt which he has totally annihilated. He might make a complete mess but luckily I don't have to clean it up. The straps on his bumbo. Yep, this is my clan.

If it was a girl I was going to have pinks and lavender and flowers everywhere with cute "hootie"owls. Inspite of not feeling well we did have some fun. My brother Heath married a wonderful lady, Kayla! I made that ardorable dress for Lucy and one for Jane to match. :). We enjoyed a fun EASTER!
