The Procrastiknitter: Vile Virus...
http://theprocrastiknitter.blogspot.com/2007/11/vile-virus.html
Tuesday, November 13, 2007. Ugh, I have been down and out since last Friday with this nasty bug! Grrrrr. I'm hoping to make it to work tomorrow. I have a busy week going on and I need to be there. I've been so sick that I haven't been able to knit until today. I'm trying to finish up a few UFO's so that I can concentrate on making a squares for Oliver's Fund and then make some mittens. If you haven't stopped by the Soaring Eagles Project. We are in full swing, but still need more volunteers!

http://chknitscathy.blogspot.com/2008/09/bye-bye-whiskers.html
The Knitter's Last Stand. Wednesday, September 03, 2008. It is with sadness that we have lost Whiskers. He was hit by a car on Saturday night and our lovable larykin didn't survive. Whiskers was about a year old (we don't know exactly how old as he adopted us about six months ago) and he was a true free spirit. Posted by Cathy at 9/03/2008 10:44:00 am. Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. View my complete profile. A little more knitting. Long time, no blog. Drat, drat and double drat. A few pickies to peruse!

The Knitter's Last Stand: Long time coming
http://chknitscathy.blogspot.com/2008/04/long-time-coming.html
The Knitter's Last Stand. Sunday, April 06, 2008. This scarf is really gold in colour even though it looks cream in the pickie. I have knit 3 of these scarves so far as it is a lovely pattern. This one has been set aside as a present and the other 2 have been put in the local CWA shop to be sold. These socks have been knit from a pattern from the Vogue Socks Two knitting book. The yarn is one of the Opal petticoat colourways. I still luuuuuuuuuuuuuv knitting socks even though they hurt my hand. I am hopi...
