Discussion for improved social awareness. November 10, 2015. November 10, 2015. The Exit from I-95 North to Wickham Road almost never looks like this during morning commute hours. The traffic usually backs up due to congestion at the upcoming intersection. But there is a nuance or unwritten rule that almost all drivers seem to follow in this situation. When traffic is heavy, they share the single lane by making it functionally two lanes! Why or why not? Is there a hierarchy or traffic rules?
