Of sojourns and sunsets. Saturday, May 28, 2011. Week 1 (part 2). Did yoga, XT (30 minutes on the bike, then weights for arms and abs), and another 3.5 mile run. Today's run was 5 miles near Road Runner Sports. Monday, May 23, 2011. 35 mile run today. Note to self: do not ever, ever eat an entire Chipotle burrito for lunch before running again. Even if you give yourself 4-5 hours to digest. What an unpleasant run! Sunday, May 22, 2011. Did a nice easy 4 miler! Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Here We Go Again.
