Divorced, Diseased and Dangerous. The ‘You don’t look sick! Date: November 25, 2014. Witty comebacks aside, what does ‘sick’ actually look like? Not having any hair? Weight loss and gain? These can both be a sign of horrible illnesses, yet if you lose a load of weight, instead of being told you look sick, you’re told you’re looking fantastic because you’re fitting into societal’s ideals of what beauty is. After losing a stone (14lb) to illness, I was told I looked ‘radiant’. My BMI. Lets play a game....

Documenting my journey down the rabbit hole of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. ME vs CFS – They’re Not The Same! Heads up, folks! This is probably the most important post I will ever write. It’s certainly one I feel very passionate about. It’s also a bit daunting, because I really want to get it right, to write this post in such a way that people will understand the truth in what I’m saying and pass it on. So, here it goes. Read the last sentence of the abstract of the paper that officially created/defined CFS.

Yoga for CFS/M.E. Yoga for Busy People. The Waters of Japan →. Gluten Free Diet for Chronic Fatigue. November 7, 2013. I’ve been eating on and off gluten free for about 2 years. It wasn’t when I stopped eating gluten that I noticed the biggest difference, but when I reintroduced gluten after not eating it for several months. When I woke up the next morning my muscles were stiff and sore and I felt bloated and slow. Had gluten been doing this to me all along? Or is there a strong relation between the two?

Someone Should Really Do Something

Someone Should Really Do Something. This is a blog about human rights. Monday, March 19, 2012. Surely, there must be something better to do. Surely, there must be something better to do than to get arrested.especially when you know you'll get arrested. And especially when I heard about the movement's 6 month "anniversary," if that's the word for it. What else does the Occupy movement do? Or do...
