Some People Call Me George. Tuesday, November 6, 2007. That's what "they" say. They say there’s more than one way to skin a cat, but even if you have a good reason to do so (perhaps if you are a villain from a Disney movie), why would you need more than one method? It doesn’t seem like an activity that would require variety in technique. It also causes one to wonder who “they” are and why they are so interested in dead cats. In fact I let one of the furry little things live in my house.

Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Today I spent all day in my pink flannel nightgown. I was not the one who had a baby, but I feel as if I am recovering from having one! Certainly not the physical, birth canal part, but the worn out, staying up with the baby and dopey from lack of sleep part. I stayed with Tara in the hospital with Tara the last 2 and a half days since Scarlett was born. It was our first Mother/Daughter sleepover! I loved being able to be there for Tara, but it took it's toll on me.
