Thursday, August 13, 2015. Musings about Tidiness and Things. I seem to post more when I don't sleep well. Last night was Tiny Boy and a thunderstorm and being whacked repeatedly in the head. Anyhoo. Glanced at that Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. Book that is doing the rounds. It wasn't worth reading. But I tend to do summer purges so the timing was right. It did make me think more about why I was keeping certain things, rather than which. I still find syringes and alcohol wipes everywhere, but I do).

Thursday, March 26, 2015. The Law of Sick Children. Tiny Boy was home on Monday with a glorified cold with fever. On Tuesday I took him to school. Went about my business. Picked him up 'early' at 4:15. Ditched the kids at 6:30 for a campus event which, thankfully, was totally awesome. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. It would be very easy to make a narrative of this summer that says It Sucked Bigtime. My mom has cancer. My newborn nephew spent more than two weeks in the NICU.
