Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Last Bit of July. Some more pictures from when Lindsay was here. (Best part of my summer, by the way. :) ). Pretty pretty dahlia. I wish my dahlias were doing better. They're getting eaten by bugs and I'm too lazy to go pick bugs off every day, so. This was while Brett was giving an FHE lesson. As you can tell, it was mesmerizing. :). One night we butchered some roosters and ducks. One of the ducks had gotten a broken leg, so we needed to get it done. Natalie getting a ride.

So I was reminded that the Spiral Jetty was still just around the bend, and then the weather cooperated and gave us a day of nearly 50 degrees, so I took the kids out of school and invited some cool cats to come along, and we hit the road! Monday, August 10, 2015. Camping breakfasts are so cute. I don't know why. This kid's cute too. And definitely this one. We walked to the lakeshore. Another photobomber (who learned from the best). :). The boys looked at the view from the scenic overlook for about 1.5 minutes, but they looked at the motorcycle parked at the parking lot for the scenic overlook for about 10. :). Wednesday, August 5, 2015. We went and explored some of our new state finally with Lindsay Anne and her family. We camped at Ohiopyle State Park and we had an awesome time! I convinced Jethro to go in and swim! We hadn't put on swimming suits at this point, so the kids all got in in various states of dress/undress. Then we got to the real good stuff. The natural waterslides area. We took it easy at first, which was great- the kids loved it and were not intimidated. Whooop- where'd he go? It was so so fun!

Thursday, August 22, 2013. All the boys have jobs this summer. It is good to see them working, earning money, and contributing to society- (and getting of the couch and not playing x-box all the live-long day! Ben is a lifeguard- his second summer at the same outdoor pool. He has a pretty sweet tan. Jack works in the deli of a local grocery store. A Bunch of Bradys. Saturday, May 31, 2014. Gurten, Prom and Triftbrücke. European holiday weekend: first stop- Bern temple. Then a ward party on the top of the Gurten. Boys were making pyramids before the rain and hail arrived. Erin carrying around a friend. Huddling with friends to try and warm up after the hail storm. A Bunch of Bradys. Sunday, June 29, 2014. After packing 7 of us in our Mazda 5 we stopped for one night in Venice. We loved all the alleys and waterways. Then off to Croatia. We finally found our house in Hlapa on the island of Krk. And, of course, I fell in love with our chimneys :). And the kids, with the pool! Sunday we found a branch in Rijeka.
