Thursday, February 11, 2010. Vegan Carrot Cake Cupcakes. In honor of my first blog and my first blog post, I decided to make some vegan cupcakes (plus I promised cupcakes for work tomorrow, two tofu birds, one stone). While I am not a vegan, most of the items I make are vegan. The carrot cake cupcakes are cruelty free, and topped with vegan cream cheese frosting. I found the recipe in Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. The Soundtrack for these cupcakes: Lucinda Williams, Live at the Fillmore.

Something Sweet and Salty. 12 weeks and counting! Sunday, September 14, 2008. 12 weeks and counting! Well, we have made it to the 12 week mark and I am so glad! I thought I had it made. for 8 weeks NO morning sickness. then week 9 came! I have been sick ever since! Just in the mornings after I have been up and moving around a little bit.
