Monday, September 22, 2008. Hierdie is uit 'The heart in exile'. Ek soek iets om voor te lees vir my drama klas se 'poetry' aand by 'n kunskafee. Maar sover se Sam, my drama teacher, dat alles wat ek kies te 'oud en donker' (! Is More sal ek hierdie twee saamvat en hoor. There is no road home. For home is where the heart is. Thursday, December 10, 2009. Die Girls was op vakansie! Ons het saam met Mamma en Carol see toe gegaan. Miemie het saamgegaan. Pappa en Rathla het alleen by die huis gebly en vreeslik na ons verlang. Hulle het ons elke aand gebel. Die pad was baie baie lank. Uiteindelik was ons daar en kon ons vir Miemie die see wys vir die eerste keer in haar lewe. Sy was so opgewonde en het net die heeltyd gelag en gelag! Ons het in die see geswem en in die swembad by die hotel. Ek het 'n tand verloor en geld gekry.

Friday, April 17, 2009. Nou dat Rathla in die skool is speel ons twee girls baie lekker saam in die dag. Ek, Cheti, mis hom, Rathla nogal maar dit is ook lekker (rustig! Sonder hom hier partykeer. Ons gaan stap saam met Miemie en Mamma. Daar was blomme in die veld hier naby en Mamma het hierdie fotos van ons geneem. Hier het Mamma Savuti betrap. Sy is 'n sagte hondjie, maar sy jaag die hoenders en sy raak vol klitsgrasse hier in die bos! Dan klim sy by ons in die bed en maak alles vol klitse.
