I will help you find a love for food, create a fabulous kitchen you won’t want to leave, and cook better than you have ever cooked before! I took a walk to Pike Place Market yesterday and came across one of my favorite shops,. The beginning of an idea? The light bulb still did not flash.

THE BIG EASY CAJUN STYLE. Asymp; 2 Comments. It is amazing how quickly time passes. I have great things to share. Buckle in, hold on to your seat, and let’s get this party started. Tell me about the oils you found! Last post Suzan left a comment and question about the shelf life of oil. This is significant because oil can go bad and turn rancid. How do you know if your oil is rancid? A trip on the wild side! The flavors they extract from their food are delectable! They were conquered by the French, and a...

http://callmeyourchef.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Call Me Your Chef Personal Chef Service. Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Growing up in the southern, well really southwestern, region of the United States, one would assume that I came out of my mother's womb loving greens of all kinds. Let me assure you that I did not. I did not develop a taste for greens until I reached adulthood and then I am still not fond of all of them, particularly mustard greens and dandelion leaves. I gave the Swiss chard a good washing and cut away the ribs. I stacked the leaves...

Waldo Oiseau/Cathy Bennett's Little Birdie Travel Journal
http://littlebirdtravels.blogspot.com/2007/01/seattle-washington.html
The day after Christmas Day, we headed to Seattle for the day. Since we only had one day, we stuck to touristy spots, which were a lot of fun, nonetheless! Naturally, one must stop in at the Public Market. I believe it's also mandatory to have your photo taken in front of the Pike Place Market sign! So, what does one do at a Public Market? The Public Market and adjacent area are filled with a wide variety. Of shops, as well as great bakeries such as Le Panier. One shop where we stocked up, was Sotto Voce.

Every Junkie, er, Foodie has their Supplier. I'll be posting these bits and pieces over my live journal in the coming weeks. You, the internet audience, are welcome to read/comment/critique as you desire. And now for my own suppliers/resources (by no means an extensive list):. Seattle, WA 98101. 345 15th Avenue East. Seattle, WA 98112. One of ...
