Plumfield Projects: October 2011
http://plumfieldprojects.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Pursuits, ponderings, and poetry of bringing simpler times to my complicated present. Monday, October 31, 2011. Shiny Pennies Part 2 (Updated). I just wanted to show you the pretty things that are now planted. And/or carved because of yesterday's crazy. I don't think I mentioned the Calla Lilies, but they entered. The story just after the mums did. How perfect for fall/Halloween! Here are the pumpkins. My hand suffered for the owl. Luckily it did not impede the ability to type. No one else needs to decip...

Necrophagous Shadows: June 2010
http://nzwriter.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 28, 2010. Wow, that was the worst exit from the World Cup I've seen England make since I started paying attention in about 1998. I mean, wow. Were they always this crap? And of course there was *cheating* and *robbery* involved, in the form of a goal that was disqualified even though it really was a goal, so we're going to hear about that for about the next forty years or so. I've got to say, I wasn't really disgusted until I read this excerpt from an article in the Guardian.

D’oh or dough? January 24, 2012 · 3:28 pm. Getting to know you…. Today I feel like I’ve made good progress on my play despite the fact that I haven’t written a word of dialogue since I’ve been in Auckland. How can there be progress if I haven’t actually written any dialogue (actually that should be monologue since it’s a solo show)? Pretty important stuff so I’ve silenced the editor in my head that’s demanding pages/scenes because this is. It has been really nice to take the time to do this. I can...

Really, no excuse. Without drama →. January 11, 2012 · 4:43 pm. It’s alive….ALIVE! Let’s not dwell on how long it has been since my last post (3 – ahem- years). So the readers that I once had will have probably moved on to a blogger who is not as neglectful; the only form of decay this blog has experienced in my absence (unless, by some trick of subscription I have popped up in their RSS feed – hello! Which I guess begs the question (does it? Am I blogging again? I’ll answer that with. Of it; in a little...

Pronounced “token”) is Whiti Hereaka’s blog about her writing life. It is also a public service, as now she has a place to deposit her random “thought-vomit” instead of inflicting it on passers by. It is much easier to scroll through in digital format then the jumbled mess that exists her mouth. She really is more coherent in hard (or electronic, in this case) copy. Plumfield Projects: Brave or Stupid?
http://plumfieldprojects.blogspot.com/2011/12/brave-or-stupid.html
Pursuits, ponderings, and poetry of bringing simpler times to my complicated present. Monday, December 12, 2011. I was raised to believe myself brave for doing sensible, responsible things. Hard work and diligence are what move us forward in this life - Even if you don't love what you're doing or where it's taking you. Pushing ahead and being miserable is the 'brave' thing to do. Maybe the one person is you) and all the rest saying "are you sure you want to do this? It sounds kinda stupid.". Be brave: sa...
