風聲、雨聲、讀書聲，聲聲入耳；家事、國事、天下事，事事關心。近日，倪震因先偷食後分手引起全港的罵倪狂潮，這件娛樂時事令小弟想起早年伊健和多年舊女友卲美琪分手的事件，因為兩者性質是相若的。兩件事件中，這兩名男生也是想借第三者為由，和拍了十多年拖的舊女友分手。為何伊健在分手事件中，沒有遭受到與倪震同一級數的傷害呢？其實當時的卲美琪比現今的周慧敏更為可憐。早年的卲美琪名氣比這時候的伊建高很多，但她並不介意和伊建拍拖，伊建也承諾照顧卲美琪一生一世。當卲美琪人到中年，多年息影，以為能夠和多年的男友結婚生仔以此終老，在沒有足夠的積蓄讓下半世過無憂生活的時候，伊建變成負心漢和她分手。和卲美琪相比周慧敏幸福得多。周慧敏在娛樂圈當紅多年，已經賺取下半生的生活費。就算遇上負心漢倪震，也可以繼續無憂地生活，不需要像卲美琪這樣，為生活費臨老也要複出藝壇搵銀。星期一, 12月 22, 2008. 訂閱：文章 (Atom). 孤陋寡聞，未知向日癸竟有一株兩花的異品。一前一後，仿如卡通的人造人。上星期生日會眾到來，雖樂，卻錯過了太陽花盛開的日子。才過幾天，園中的太陽紛紛盛放。雖然雜亂無章，東歪西倒，滿園開花的感覺還是不錯。論教學安排，不算理想。大部份時間用於非本科課程上，本科的就只有貨幣金融。學生的反應較想像中理想，幾個學生樂於討論，偶爾也使其他同學加入，課後用廣東話有更多人。他們的障礙其實不是好奇心或求學心，而是英語。至今認為，英書中教是最掛羊頭賣狗肉、但學生最能得益的安排。何以在上的人、教育家都好外觀而棄學生﹖. 到了本科科目，名單有三十多人，到場的只有……六個! 不知所措。學生的感覺是自我實現的，異常少人的課會使學生懷疑教者的能力，從而有改選的想法，改選後人數更少，於是進入惡性循環，就像食肆一樣。課後有點失落，不想學生嫌新如此。後來回心一想，一課未上改選，其實與我無關，畢竟只是未試先嫌。後來真相大白，原來同事未有通知學生改班，於是學生都上了其他老師相同的課。其實各種各種，綜合而言，不過是一種被尊重的感覺、一種為自己而工作的動力。訂閱：文章 (Atom).

黃先生去年總收入有4萬4700元，支出為4萬5400元，差額700元。幸好，他有點積蓄，年頭有70,400元，提取一部份用來支持差額之後，他還剩餘6萬9,700元。黃先生感到不安，面對突如奇來的全球金融危機，以至隨之而來的經濟衰退，真正的打擊將在來年浮現。在收入減少的情況下，黃先生預期來年入不敷支達到5,700元，即使「赤字」較去年倍增，始終積蓄仍然足以應付。黃先生並不是誰人，他正是每一個香港人。他的財務狀況，就是政府財政狀況的人均數字，將政府4,880億元儲備，除以700萬人口，每人儲備就有6萬9,700元。預算複雜艱澀，財政司司長曾俊華特別為預算案加入卡通小冊子，希望方便讀者理解，可惜觀乎多年小冊子的內容，都是隱惡揚善的政府宣傳工具。要提高預算案的可讀性，日勤認為，有效的方法是將財政賬目除以香港人口數目，得出人均數字，這樣可以讓大家對數字有更巨體的掌握，避免迷失在數以億計的天文數字之中。事實上，政府財政的數學，簡化之後就變成每個家庭主婦都理解的家計簿。以上的人均表達法別具意義，政府可以考慮下年使用。 ". 政府不會這様做, 否則讓人更淸楚政府有米, 要更多糖不就頭痕?

港交所計劃延展禁止董事買賣股票的期限，引起爭議。目前董事不得在業續公布期一個月內買賣公司股票，為了防止董事以內幕消息買賣，港交所將期限提早到賬目截交日起生效。即是說，中期和全年業績加起來，董事有可能一年中有七個月皆不能買賣。計劃引起超過二百間上市公司聯名公開反對。問題核心在於內幕資料，大股東因為涉及經營業務，他知道的財務狀況一定較公眾多，而且知道得較早，如果利用這個優勢在股市上買賣，對小股東並不公平。延長董事買賣期限其實並不能有效制止內幕交易。原因是管理層並不是一年結兩次賬的，可以是每季，也可以是每個月，甚至是每個星期去結賬，只要管理層指令會計部同事去做就可以。於是管理層或大股東可以在年結之前一個月，知道公司財政年度的首十一個月的營運及財務情況，一樣可以根據這些資料進行買賣。使用壓制的手段，被壓制者只會想盡辦法去迥避，制止內幕交易，較有效的方法是開放資訊，例如要求加快公布業績，本年的業績，要到明年四月才公布，時間實在相差太遠。中國被視為世界經濟衰退之中的一個重要火車頭，最近的經濟數據卻令人失望。工業生產倒退，雖然中國的官方統計數據不可靠，但...中國和美國經濟不好，香港亦不會好到哪...

1933年美國總統羅斯福所推行的所謂「新政」，普遍認為，是帶領美國經濟從大蕭條中起死回生的主因，不過，有歷史學者指出，時至1937年，仍然有人因抵不住饑餓而自殺。那已經是「新政」推行後的第四年，經濟仍然毫無寸進，連英國雜誌《經濟學人》也揶揄美國，好像已經忘記了經濟可如何增長。最初以為，政府的投資是挽救信心，在商界也有帶頭作用，不過，有歷史證據顯示，政府排斥商界的態度日深，打銷美國和外國的商人和投資者的投資意慾。例如，在電力行業，官僚為了推行預設的工作目標，竟然限制私人的競爭對人，發展電力業務，包括立例限制它們融資，結果，政府與民爭利，抑壓了新企業的冒起，而那些企業才真正有機會帶領經濟復甦。雖然，1929年的股市大跌，觸發大蕭條，但大蕭條之所以禍害深遠，是它年復一年的持續性。至於這個持續性的因由，眾說紛紜，但更少人關注的是以上的觀點，就是政府只著眼於短期的經濟刺激效果，而忽略了營造良好的市場環境，最終導致，經濟復甦姍姍來遲。訂閱：張貼留言 (Atom).

福布斯公布富豪排名榜，讀者逃不開一個赤裸裸的現實，就是世界富豪有基金經理﹑有電腦軟件企業家，可說包羅萬有，但香港富豪卻清一色是地產商。地價昂貴又不只是香港獨有，是本地地產富豪特別了不起嗎？他們走出香港到內地發展地產，又不見得有明顯優勢。主流意見是，香港有今日的成就，憑著的是幾位有能之士，帶動經濟發展，以地產為首，打造有香港特色的自由經濟。而他們的財富名列世界前茅，更加印證了香港機會處處，只要敢博肯捱，人人都可能白手興家。專門研究亞洲經濟的Joe Studwell撰寫《Asian Godfathers》(亞洲教父)，拒絕接受主流，並提出自已的見解。作者認為香港經濟起飛，動力源自從事出口製造業的中小企業。他們借助低關稅，帶動香港走向繁榮進步，至於富豪們的角色，他認為是負面的，即是說，如果沒有了他們的角色，經濟會走得更快更前。著作於2007年在英國印製，不見有中文譯本，在本地書店也找不到英文版踪影，卻引來西方傳媒頗大的迥響，分別獲得《金融時報》和《亞洲華爾街日報》的好評。訂閱：張貼留言 (Atom).

在各大小書店裡，有關股神畢菲特及其投資技法的書隨處可見，和愛情小說互相揮映，成為兩大暢銷書目。這兩類書都有個共通點，就是題材都關乎讀者切身感受，但又在學校裡學不到。愛情固然難教難學，奇怪的是，投資並非像霧又像花，確有一些法則可循。可是，投資書籍和愛情小說的命運都一樣，不受學校重視。畢菲特即使是天才，也並非無師自通的。他的老師是美國哥倫比亞大學教授班哲明葛拉罕(Benjamin Graham)，其著作《證券分析》(Security Analysis)，堪稱經典。葛拉罕對畢菲特教導有加，兩人師生關係良好。畢菲特畢業後，還到葛拉罕的投資公司實習。到1960年代初，畢菲特自己管理的基金，運用葛拉罕的價值投資法得宜，回報連年跑嬴大市，即至60年代末期出現大牛市，人人炒股炒得瘋狂，誰夠勇誰狼，誰就是投資明星，畢菲特斯人獨憔悴。類似的流言又說到港交所（388），「港交所是最佳的投資工具，主要收入來源是交易佣金，無論股市升或跌，都不會影響其收入。」. 今日經濟不景，油價下跌，看中經濟走勢和油價走勢的投資者，如果相信以上3個理論，持有利豐、港交所和...另外，有個有關快餐店股份的講法是這樣的&#6529...
