We're building our dream cottage this year. We have a lovely waterfront lot on a point of land on a small lake in Southern Ontario. Tuesday, November 29, 2005. Nitey, nite cottage. Well, the windows are ALL finally in. Greg, the construction dude even put the lock on the back door for us. Considering the chisel work needed, I'm sure it looks alot prettier and was done alot faster than if we'd done it. Sothe cottage is now all nicely sealed up for the winter. Posted by Mary at 9:58 AM. We're building our dream cottage this year. We have a lovely waterfront lot on a point of land on a small lake in Southern Ontario. Monday, August 22, 2005. Our contractor starts on the roof today, so we've been shopping for shingles. I don't think people think too much about shingles. I certainly never did. The little local dude will deliver. You get a better selection if you go to a specialty place, but we'd have to rent a truck and unload it ourselves. 3 tab, laminated or stepped? 25, 30, 35, 40 or 50?

A Cavalier on a 4 wheel drive road in winter. We knew we were taking chances driving into the road with our little 4 cylinder car. Scraped bottom a few times, but for the most part did pretty good. We're building our dream cottage this year. We have a lovely waterfront lot on a point of land on a small lake in Southern Ontario. Wednesday, September 28, 2005. Catching up with us. When we started working on the cottage this summer, we thought these aging bodies would loose some fully paid for weight, firm up and look pretty buff. However, we didn't loose a pound (actually gained), thought that extra weight did look a "little" firmer. "Muscle weighs more than fat" says I. Posted by Mary at 4:53 AM.
