Dinner I went to McCormick and Schmicks and got gluten free mussels to go. They came with bread.which i would have liked to devour, but the lady noticed (b/c she remember me saying no bread) and had them make me a new one - plus I got a $10 gift card for their mess up. Had roast beef, portabello mushrooms, tomato and avocado. Ate about 2/3 of it. Snack: Leftover "sandwich" stuff. WOD: Practiced some DUs, did a 400M warm up run. Weak Sauce here. Started out at 75# and then dropped to 65# after the first round. Tweaked my back which is currently feeling like sh*t. Total time of 13:29. Not thrilled. Went downstairs and got a few pieces of bacon. Ate that, and asked for some eggs to go. Never ended up eating those. Lunch: Finally got hungry around noon. Went here. During the day I had just water and some plain hot tea. Workout in the hotel room:. TABATA (similar to one we did last week - for reps). I also ran a mile as a warm up.

Breakfast: coffee (was in meetings all am). Lunch: 1/4 leftover turkey burger, grilled chicken, 1/6 avocado with spices. Snack: 2 egg whites. Dinner: 2 eggwhites and part of a chimmichurri steak. On the minute: 10 x 1 2 @ 45%. 10 rounds of 1 deadlift and 2 RDLs, lift on the minute). Tabata bottom to bottom squats. Did 75#, and then 338 total reps.

My thighs are sore, and feet are uncomfortable from working in those shoes. Yikes. Anyways, when I woke up, I could barely get out of bed, but I was happy with my jog.
