Just a few blocks from Isabelle’s home, was the first parish that she joined after converting to Christianity in 1993. She eventually became a member of the neighboring National Cathedral congregation, but St. Alban’s remained a happy and comforting place for her, and Isabelle continued to maintain close relationships with fellow parishioners whom she had met during her many years there.
