Our team will participate in the 35. Annual Starlight Run on June 1. 2013 This event is a TON of fun. The run takes place immediately before the Starlight Parade, and most of the course is along the parade route. This means many thousands of people will be cheering for you while you run (approx. 150,000). Runners are encouraged to dress in costume; it's always interesting to see what people come up with! I have learned that when I keep a routine of ever-changing workouts I tend to lose more weight. I also stay more motivated to continue running if I have a race I know I've already paid for that's coming up so this will help me stay committed to those things. After the 1/2 marathon. Sunday - p90x or tread n shed (treadmill class at the gym). Monday - small group personal training. Tuesday - tread n shed. Wednesday - rest day. Friday - rest day. Saturday - p90x or run/hike. Run a 5k sub 30:00.
