Journey to a Healthier Me . again. Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Whoa what a trip. Last night, Tanya and I ventured to the gym for a workout . in the co-ed gym. Yup! My intentions were to do my regular workout however, that quickly changed when I saw the equipment that was up there. It is. Journey to a Healthier Me . again. Sunday, December 5, 2010. I did my measurements again today. A couple of days less one month and ZERO change. I am. Fighting that 20 pound mark - for almost 2 months now, I might add - and, despite working out 3-5 times a week, nothing is happening. No shrinking from weight loss or inches. I would watch in awe as all of these physically fit, toned, muscular women worked their abs. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be able to do it at this point. Journey to a Healthier Me . again. Friday, January 28, 2011. It's been a quiet week. Came home from work on Tuesday . went to sleep. Fever, soooo tired. Slept until 9:45 then back again at midnight.
