Thursday, December 31, 2009. 3rd time: NOT a charm. I'll be brief since we're heading out the door to a New Year's party (Happy New Year, by the way). Monday at sparring I tried ducking under my partner's kick and coming up with a back fist from underneath. The result: That too-familiar shifting sensation of a joint dislocating. Tuesday was the MRI.
