Let's Eat
2-3 packages finely shredded cabbage/carrot mix. 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar. Whisk together all ingredients, except cabbage, in a large bowl. Then toss with cabbage and chill for a few hours. 4 c cooked shredded chicken. 1-2 cans rinsed black beans. 3 blocks of cream cheese. 2 cans of Rotel. 1 1/2 c shredded cheese. 1 jar of picante sauce. 38 large pasta shells, cooked al dente. 1 pound pasta (ziti, penne or mini penne). 1 pound lean ground beef. 6-8 oz sliced provolone. 188; c....

The adventures of Kristi and Steve and Aiden abroad. A blog about living overseas w/ a kid. The full time stay at home dad. January 24, 2014. I haven’t updated the blog since our son was born, so let me introduce you to our little man, Aiden Maxwell Law! He was born on October 30th, 2013 at a healthy 8 lbs 1 oz. He’s a big eater that almost never refuses food. Aside from the normal baby fussiness, he’s actually quite a good kid and sleeps pretty well in the evenings for his age. I hope you all are well!
