Friday, August 5, 2011. I had a really crazy week! So I went to get the prescription for it and they got it all messed up and had to wait about an hour! There is an other Kimberly Jones born in '86 that likes to use my same doctor and pick up prescriptions at he same place and same day too. so it causes problems quite a bit. The One with the End of Summer. It's the end of summer as we know it. Lots of people complained about school starting in July, but we were ready. At the beginning of summer we made a list of things we wanted to do, and each week we made it a goal to cross more things off our list. Talan is an old pro at school now. He is in Mrs. Pollard's second grade class at Jefferson. He met up with a few friends, Parker and Avery, so they could all walk to school together. Tobin was sure happy when 3:20 rolled around.

Let's Eat

2-3 packages finely shredded cabbage/carrot mix. 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar. Whisk together all ingredients, except cabbage, in a large bowl. Then toss with cabbage and chill for a few hours. 4 c cooked shredded chicken. 1-2 cans rinsed black beans. 3 blocks of cream cheese. 2 cans of Rotel. 1 1/2 c shredded cheese. 1 jar of picante sauce. 38 large pasta shells, cooked al dente. 1 pound pasta (ziti, penne or mini penne). 1 pound lean ground beef. 6-8 oz sliced provolone. 188; c....
