Family Happenings: January 2015
http://kristywesandfamily.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 2, 2015. We had such an awesome Christmas! We got to host Wes' parents, brother and his family for a week! It was so much fun being with everyone! Wes's parents arrived a few days before the rest of the crew and we took a quick overnight trip to Nauvoo to show his parents the sites. We love Nauvoo! It is definitely a ghost town in the winter though. It is now my FAVORITE temple! What an incredible experience! Here's some of the crew touring the different sites:. But it was so worth it.

http://kristywesandfamily.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 24, 2015. 8 days and 34 hours. We recently returned from our longest family road trip together. It was exhausting, but educational and lots of fun! We traveled through atleast parts of 8 states in 8 days! The Lincoln Presidential Museum is the largest of the presidential museums and was very kid friendly and well done! Here we are posing with the Lincoln family. (They are mannequins, if you can't tell). We stopped at an Amish town and got some yummy cheese, and other necessities. We got to g...

http://kristywesandfamily.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 8, 2014. I'm so behind on blogging. Some of you may know that for Thanksgiving my parents flew us out to Florida for a family reunion. It was the first time my parents and siblings and their families and us have all been together for a few years, and it was such a blast! It was not a relaxing vacation, but it was so much fun! Thanks, Mom and Dad for organizing and everything else! Check out this mime. This white angel was a real lady, she was pretty cool! Here's the whole gang in front o...

Monday, June 22, 2015. Birthday, Father's Day and other summer fun. This post is a mish mash of what we've been up to lately. I love this first picture of my little boys playing outside. I love and cherish those precious when they are all playing together nicely and being buddies! Here they are checking out a bunch of ants they found. The kids have been doing swimming lessons the past few weeks and making lots of progress! Jazlyn can swim clear across the pool by herself and tread water for a minute!

White House Events: September 2014
http://whitehouseevents.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 21, 2014. Jaxon is a Teen! Jaxon is officially a teenager as he has celebrated his 13th birthday. In some ways it is hard to believe, yet it seems only natural. Jaxon's birthday landed on a special Sunday this year. It was the same day as the Ogden Temple re-dedication. After the temple dedication, we had Grandma, Grandpa and even Aunt Caprice (who was in town visiting) over to our house for dinner and presents. The traditional bonk on the head first by Josh. And then by Kayden. He love...

White House Events: November 2014
http://whitehouseevents.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Jeremy broke down and purchased a new Ford truck a couple of months ago. It is no secret that the boys LOVE the new truck. Josh and Kayden were coloring the other day and Josh made this:. He gave it to his dad as a nice gift. Well, I started to joke complaining that no one loves my Honda anymore. So my sweet Kayden drew me this:. He isn't familiar with Honda's slogan, so he made up his own. "Drive a lot" I like it! My boys never fail to put a smile on my face. Wearing the birt...

White House Events: Backpacking Adventure
http://whitehouseevents.blogspot.com/2015/08/backpacking-adventure.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2015. On the way to the Uintas, they stopped and took a short walk to the Provo Falls. On the trail. Josh and Kayden were surprised to still see snow in June! We had a horrible snow pack this year.). They took a hike up to "The Saddle". It was a beautiful view. A dad and his boys. They had a great time making memories together. They even did some cliff jumping. All four of the boys jumping in all at once. McKay's pose was just too good to not include. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

White House Events: October 2014
http://whitehouseevents.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 31, 2014. I love Fall and Halloween. It is a beautiful time of year with all the colors and smell in the air:. I have enjoyed taking Suki for a walk each morning down in the Hallow. The colors are gorgeous and the leaves on the path have that lovely crunch sound. The celebrations have been fun as well. Our ward had a Fall Harvest Festival. The kids dressed up for the occasion:. Kayden dressed up as Nintendo's Link and Josh decided last minute he wanted to be a nerd. He is cute nonetheless.

White House Events: End of a Soccer Era
http://whitehouseevents.blogspot.com/2015/05/end-of-soccer-era.html
Saturday, May 30, 2015. End of a Soccer Era. Josh has played on the same soccer team for the past three years. He has become really good friends with all the boys on his team and with his coaches. This was their last year playing together. A couple of the boys on the team have decided to pursue other conflicting sports. So grateful for the people that have positive influence in my boy's life. These are few of the good ones. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). End of a Soccer Era.
