Since The Stable is a micro brewery, I had to order something from their extensive beer selection. The Stable offered many different micro-brews from all over St. Louis and the United States. I think that a place has to brew beer on location to be considered a brewery. The service was also slow. Make sure to set aside a lot of time if you go to this place. The burgers took forever to cook. The pizza came out at least 10 minutes before the burgers. I left this place unsatisfied and feeling ripped off. I will not be back. July 23, 2008 at 1:08 PM.

I was driving around South St. Louis City around lunch time and I came across Macklind Avenue Deli. I stopped in to see what they had to offer. The menu consisted of different sandwiches that you would typically find in a deli. They had the turkey, roast beef, ham and salami. Prices were decent. I got a roast beef sandwich, a side of macaroni salad and a drink for around $8.50.
