Tuesday, 3 June 2014. This is the way you are supposed to eat Yorkshire Pudding. Make a massive one, then serve the rest of your dinner inside it! This is exactly the same recipe as detailed here. Only a larger baking tin was used. In this case, I used an 8 inch cake tin:. You may need to cook a larger pudding for a little longer, but keep an eye on it if you can, as you can easily burn it. These are especially good when filled with a good old fashioned roast dinner: meat, vegetables and gravy!
