Jackie and Tim's Adventure in Peru. Friday, March 21, 2008. St Patrick's Day for a Cause was a Huge Success. We wanted to thank everyone who supported us in our first ever fundraiser. The turnout was far greater than we ever imagined. We had 100 people who supported us and over 20 raffle and silent auction items from the area. The support and people's generosity was overwhelming. This is the place where two Spaniards opened a house for young mothers between the ages of 12 and 18. They teach them how to be moms, provide them daycare so they can continue schooling, teach them a trade, and then when they turn 18 find them an apartment and continue to provide free day care.
