What you’ll need:. 1/2 a pumpkin, peeled and cubed into 1′ pieces. 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed. 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 onion, diced. 2 tomatoes, cubed. 1 can coconut milk. 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon curry powder.
