Wednesday, April 9, 2014. We have been learning all measurement this week in room 116! Did you know that your foot is as long as your elbow to your wrist? We also learned that your arm span also measures the same as your height! They didn't believe me so we had to prove it! We used non standard units of measurement to start learning how to measure.we learned that you had to use the same object with you were measuring the object! Our Kinders are getting closer and closer to 1st grade. :( Time is really flying by so fast! We learned about present tense verbs in grammar and writing a letter. My kids fell in LOVE with this! I loved reading each one. They had to write to a classmate and the questions they asked were so funny! I think this was their favorite part! This really made me LOL! So sweet and loving!

Monday, March 30, 2015. What a fun, sunny day in K! My class was a little quiet and shy, but quickly jumped back into our normal routine. We wrote in our journals first thing this morning. I loved reading about their spring break adventures. These 2 did great sharing with the class! Austin did great writing our spelling words. Cole did great stamping long "o" words. They love saying the "e" bonked the o on the head to make the long o sound! Jack did great in the word work center! These turned out great!

Fem hanar och en tik, alla är tingade. Jag heter Åsa Lindén Book och har sysslat med vallhunder sedan början av 80-talet då jag skaffade min första border collie.
