She is competing in 12 weeks now so we trained together and pushed each other here is the training routine:. Leg press – 3 sets of 15, weight on the heel of the foot. Squats – 4 sets of 10 reps, 15 reps, 20 reps, 25 reps. Leg curls – 5 sets of 15 reps. Barbell bench step-up – 4 sets of 15 reps each leg. Time for some protein! June 6, 2015.
