What is a Sugarplum cake made of? Our cakes are made from ingredients. We do not use mixes or artificial flavors in our cakes. Most of our cakes are filled with Swiss meringue buttercream – a silky, light frosting made by whipping meringue with high quality butter. We can also fill your cake with ganache or lemon curd. The standard cake tier is 10 cm tall and consists of 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. Depending on the design, your cake may then be covered in a rolled fondant icing. The sooner ...
