http://islandduck.blogspot.com/2008/10/unfortunetly-it-has-been-little-too.html
Saturday, October 25, 2008. The leaves are certainly changing. Unfortunately, it has been a little too long since we last posted. Since the last post, we or some variation of "we" have been to Oregon, Tuscany and Bulgaria, and we also enjoyed some pre-halloween fun in Germany. Here are some of the pics from those adventures. Here is our little tree frog examining seasonal gourds. An ornamental gourd is all about color and shape (so she says). Have you seen a more adorable tree-frog? When in Rome, right?

Wednesday, January 30, 2008. Working Hard and Playing Hard. Little Mad has been coming to work with her mommy (at the suggestion of her very compassionate boss.) So far it has gone really well, with only one bad day in about the last four weeks. This is a picture of her set up in my office (she's relaxing and enjoying her mobile after getting a fresh diaper). She really enjoys staring at it for minutes on end (nothing holds her attention for a. Monday, January 21, 2008. My folks came over for Christmas f...

Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Ah, the home of Beethoven, Bonn, Germany. The gang ventured up to Bonn via the great trains of Germany, and we had a great time soaking up both culture and beer (we found a great Irish pub, see below). Here are Madeleine and Sadie in front of the home of the great master along with a picture of Maddy and I in front of the very room Beethoven was born! As you can see Madeleine and Sadie were. Their usual jovial selves as we took in the sights. Thursday, May 1, 2008.

the great adventures of the Islander and the Duck.: October 2007
http://islandduck.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 13, 2007. Still awaiting the stork. Okay, this isn't going to be very long, but we know it has been far too long since we have added anything new. We still don't have a baby, but we are beginning to grow ever more impatient. These pictures are a demonstration of one of my favorite tricks: in the top pic, not pregnant! In the bottom pic, very pregnant! These were actually taken 1 or 2 weeks ago, so if you can believe it, I'm actually bigger than that now. Grandma Morse (wow, that's weird!

Monday, March 24, 2008. Sorry for the Hiatus. Okay, so obviously these are pictures from Jason's sister's recent visit to Germany. Heather and her girlfriend, Allison, stayed with us for an all-too-brief five day vacation. We toured the Rhine wine region, Frankenstein and Heidelberg castles, ate schnitzels the size of small baseball fields, and ripped it up on Rock Band into the wee hours. Easterz Grizzle! the great adventures of the Islander and the Duck.: February 2008
http://islandduck.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 17, 2008. Here we have a couple of pictures of Madeleine. but wait! That top picture looks a little old to be her. That's because that's her doppelganger, otherwise known as her mother (not too recently, of course). Monday, February 11, 2008. Yesterday we put little Mad into the baby carrier. Facing frontwards for the very first time! And here she is doing her very first impression: we call this one "dead bug,". Saturday, February 2, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
