GRANNY'S WORLD: Knitting - WIP Wednesday
http://knitsbysue.blogspot.com/2015/07/knitting-wip-wednesday_29.html
Welcome, pop in and stay awhile. My Pages feel free to take a wander. Knitting - WIP Wednesday. Good morning, its chilly here today and I'm wearing a cardigan for the first time in weeks; if I didn't know better I'd say it was autumn! I was very naughty on Sunday evening and cast on a shawl. The pattern is Over Sea to Skye. And the yarn I using is Filati da Collezione 100% organic cotton DK weight (its a bit splitty). I love this pattern, so well written and easy to follow, plus a very quick to knit.

GRANNY'S WORLD: December 2014
http://knitsbysue.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Welcome, pop in and stay awhile. My Pages feel free to take a wander. We have had a lovely, though chilly walk into St Ives today. A spot of lunch and a pint or two. A quick hello and happy New Year to the Dolphin knitters; then home in time to catch this beautiful sunset. The photos are in reverse order, as the sunset was the most important. Hoping for a trip to the coast if the weather holds out, so I will make sure I take my camera. Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Links to this post. The Jones' arrived ju...

GRANNY'S WORLD: Travelling
http://knitsbysue.blogspot.com/p/places-we-have-travelled.html
Welcome, pop in and stay awhile. My Pages feel free to take a wander. When travelling around on the Harley you find yourself with lots of thinking time. My mind started going over all the places we have been since the girls were small. Our usual family holidays were either Southwold or Wales. Peter never had much in the way of holiday working in a family business, so going overseas was out. Yes, life is too short to work all the time, its just a necessary to pay for those holidays. As a point of interest...

I live, I love, I craft, I am me...: February 2015
http://livelovecraftme.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
I live, I love, I craft, I am me. Just about bordering on odd, I see things through different eyes. The heading says it all - I live, I love, I craft, I am me. February - almost gone. I have written (in my head) at least three posts, only when I start typing - the words fail to come to life. Walking, breathing bracing air, drinking tea on the side of a hill. Losing a furry walking friend after years of companionship - it has hit me harder than I thought. Brioche bread and butter pud. For all the wishes an...

GRANNY'S WORLD: 8 Days to go
http://knitsbysue.blogspot.com/2015/05/8-days-to-go.html
Welcome, pop in and stay awhile. My Pages feel free to take a wander. 8 Days to go. With the wedding just around the corner, all eyes are on the weather. Our forecast for next week is rain everyday in varying degrees. I have laid awake since 3am mulling over the possibilities of how to cope with 70 guests in the event of rain at our garden wedding. we have plenty of cover so thats not really a problem, its just the getting in between places. wellies, umbrellas, small children, wet feet. I will ask the ra...
