Wednesday, February 4, 2015. 21 Days to Create a Habit. You know that saying, "It takes 21 day of a repetitive behavior to create a habit". I have no idea if that's true. This week is a recovery week so my workouts are scaled down a bit and I will be doing a swimming and running test later this week to collect some data for my Tri Coach Earl from Tailwind Endurance. I try to help everyone and anyone who reaches out to me in any way I can but there is one thing I will not do…. Create meals plans. Monday, May 6, 2013. And one that I am not excited about. Little man was diagnosed with his first ear infection. Not to be outdone, he made it a double ear infection. He made it over 7 months and in fact he's still taking it in stride. I am glad that Ben and I listened to our parenting instincts and took him to the doctor today. At least it is 72% Cacao! Going to try to have a moderate dinner tonight but that can be tough because of my bad planning today. I will let you know how it goes!
