I find an exercise type that you enjoy and vary the intensity and type of exercise to ensure you get results. Sessions may include walking, running, cycling, boxing, circuits, lifting weights, body weight exercises and conditioning exercises. 75 for 2 sessions per week. 105 for 3 sessions per week. 370 for a block of 10 sessions. 2 people 20 per person.
