Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Jackson is growing up way too quickly and as much as I don't want him to grow up too fast, I love relating to him as a 'kid' now versus toddler. Here are some of the funny exchanges we've had recently:. Jackson was eating Scrabble Cheez-Its and he was telling me the letter, the sound and a word that begins with that sound. I was going for simple words, so when he had letter A I said, oh like April and he said yeah and Antarctica! He's such a sweetie! Yep my hubby is a rockstar!

Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down 2012 #4. Well we've survived one week without Daddy around. Just one-ish more to go! It feels like it's been a lot longer than a week though. Friday, June 26, 2015. In May we celebrated Mother's Day and my birthday. We also traveled to Houston to visit Mike's family and celebrate Morgan's baptism. The biggest accomplishment in May came from Mike - he completed his Master of Aeronautical Science degree! We've all sacrificed quite a bit for that diploma and I'm so proud of him and relieved to have that box checked! We absolutely support Blue Bell! Kennedy's last day of school with Mrs. Pfau. Fun at the Houston Zoo. The zoo can be exhausting!

Monday, September 23, 2013. Just after July 4th Carey's kids, Carson, Peyton and Katherine, came to stay with us at MiMi and PaPa's! We had a full two weeks of fun - swimming, movie watching, tons of fun! First movie at the theater! Looking for rabbits in the castle park. Pancake breakfast at Early Settler's Day!
