Their youngest wanted to go kayaking! So we headed off to Lady Bird Lake! Emma and Blake decided this time that they wanted to try paddleboards. They learned pretty quick. My cute kayak buddy! What have we been doing? Marching band, marching band, and some marching band. Lets be crazier and add some more busyness to our lives! Emma playing volleyball again this fall! Her goal is to overhand serve and she is almost there! She has a great time and a great coach! This is his first race. He did very well!

With our Utahan family visiting us during the hot summer days, we decided to try out some of the swimming holes in the area. This made it on the top 10 best swimming holes in Texas list! I can see why! This spring fed swimming hole was the perfect place for all of us to hang out! Their was a swing you could use to swing into the river! Caleb thought this huge tree was pretty cool!

What we thought were chigger bites turned out to be much worse. Caleb was diagnosed with hands, foot and mouth disease. I'm sure many families have encountered this disease, but this was a first for us. He was pretty miserable, but he was super excited to stay home from school! He said he wanted some alone time with me! He loves being home with me!

I apologize for some of the pictures being fuzzy.I was far away and my camera doesn't focus well when I zoom in.
