Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Not your average Kraft Mac N Cheese! Mac N Cheese is probably one of the best comfort foods in existence. Here was my try at making this dish. First, I melted about 6 tablespoons of butter into a big pot. Then, I added 1/2 cup of flour and whisked them together. Next, I added 2 chopped onions and mixed it all together. I decided to use 2 different types of pasta to make this dish, but regular elbows work just fine too! And chopped up about 1 1/2 cups of it. It was sooo delicious!
