8 weeks no sugar. The fight to give up my life-long addiction. 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil. 2 teaspoons Raw Cacao powder. 1 drop Vanilla Essence. Toasted Desiccated Coconut to coat. Roasted Almond slivers to top. Mix coconut oil and cacao in a small bowl with a metal spoon making sure you smooth out all the lumps. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well. Place a small ball on a teaspoon and dip in desiccated coconut to coat. Add almonds to garnish and place in freezer for 10 minutes. Enjoy! Address never made...

Breakfast | 8 weeks no sugar

8 weeks no sugar. The fight to give up my life-long addiction. 1/2 – 1 cup Oats (not Quick Oats). 1 tablespoon Coconut Cream. 1 tablespoon Organic Whole Milk Yoghurt. 1/2 Cup Full Fat Milk. 1 tablespoon Roasted Desiccated Coconut. 1/2 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon. Sprinkle of Roasted Almond slivers. Fill a pot with approx 1.5 cups of water and add Oats. Bring to the boil then turn to low heat. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Coconut Cream and cook a further minute or until it is done.
