無極道 Wu Ji Dao. 太極劍 Tai Chi Sword. 武樹林 Martial Arts Woods. 取仰臥式, 躺平臉朝上,兩手臂平放伸直于身體兩側,掌面朝下平貼地面, 兩腿伸直全身放輕鬆. 先將浴巾towel捲成圓形寬度稍窄於背部, 約十二英吋寬. 3-4英吋厚. 當狀況緩解後再從復動作步驟2. 使背後被浴巾頂住的部位更放鬆, 此時更會 出現僵硬或酸或緊或痛或刺痛等現象, 則再左右轉動肩膀使以上不舒服現象 緩解.盡量保持到全身尤其是背部的放鬆. 當狀況緩解後再從復動作步驟2.再 做一次. 1 當放鬆時背後被浴巾頂住的部位如果十分難過時, 請將捲圓的浴巾厚度變小, 由薄的先開始, 待一段時間适應后再逐增漸加厚度. 2 在做動作時如覺得背部僵硬或酸或緊或痛時, 則保持當時的姿勢不動, 用呼 吸及注意力(意念), 使僵硬或酸或緊或痛的部位有鬆軟的感覺出現, 則此治 療動作當可收效, 口訣 : 姿勢不動意識不斷吐氣使放鬆 . 因時間疊積而造成的問題, 需用時間加上方法及毅力來治療來克服, 否則會事得其反而甚至中途放棄.那就可惜了. (有心, 用心, 恆心,).

無極道 Wu Ji Dao. 太極劍 Tai Chi Sword. 武樹林 Martial Arts Woods. 頭頸 點頭 呼氣 含胸 收肩,抬頭 吸氣 挺胸 擴肩,此動作作六次。 頭向左轉 吸氣 、回正 呼氣 ,頭向右轉 吸氣 、回正 呼氣 ,此動作作六次。 頭頸旋轉,由左向上 往上時吸氣 ,向右,向下 鬆肩 往下時吐氣 ,此動作作六次。 肩 聳左肩 向上,向後 吸氣 ,向下,向前 吐氣 此動作作六次。 聳右肩 向上,向後 吸氣 ,向下,向前 吐氣 此動作作六次。 聳雙肩 向上,向後 吸氣 ,向下,向前 吐氣 此動作作六次。 抱球旋腰 雙掌在胸前抱球,旋腰向左 吸氣 ,回正 呼氣。 旋腰向右 吸氣 ,回正 呼氣 腰如彈簧,上下彈動。 輪轉旋腰(車輪轉) 兩手自然下垂,吸氣時,手由左向右轉, 向上吸氣,向下吐氣 此動作作六次。 呼吸八式 8 Breathing Exercise. 八段錦 8 Section Stretch Exercise. 九節功 9 Section Strength Exercise. 通背功 Tong Bei Kung. 側推轉, 前推轉, 上推轉, 下推轉 , 鳥翅轉.
