Curtis Stone | the take home chef

March 15th, 2008 @ 10:43am. I want to make these chocolate things I saw on an episode for my boyfriend this easter, but I can't find the exact recipe on the site. I'm hoping you guys can help me out. It would from the episode with a pregnant lady, who already had a daughter. The kid really liked crab. So their menu was A Crab Salad, followed by sole, and then these damn chocolate things. With lots of butter. They greased little muffin tins with butter, then covered that in cocoa so it wouldn't stick.

Girl who thinks philately is fun (. Girl who thinks philately is fun. Does anyone know which episode it was that Curtis did a recipe using oranges/clementines? I know I saw it on a TV show and I'm 99.99% sure it was Take Home Chef. Because I remember very clearly that it was a blond guy (and Curtis is the only blond chef-guy I watch) talking about an easy way to remove the white skin from the juicy part.
