talesfromafoodie | A great WordPress.com site

I found the recipe randomly while searching for ideas of what to make with spinach fettuccine. This little pasta dish is full of flavour and vegetarian to boot. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 med yellow onion. 1 (4-ounce) can of artichoke hearts, drained and halved. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 1 tsp lemon juice.
