I know it could have been more but hey - I will take it. I didn't do any exercise except for going on walks but my Mommy belly has definitely flattened out a bit and I am not as self conscious about my tummy so I consider that a win. However, not 2 minutes later did my daughter wake up and my husband was already at the gym. Disney Junior and some juice to the rescue! I put her downstairs with me and walked for 75 minutes!
